Pros
Got to work on products that actually solve real problems in the fintech space. It felt rewarding to see features being used at scale and making an impact for customers. A great place to learn and grow as a frontend engineer. I got hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, and building clean, scalable UI components. The startup environment gives a lot of ownership. Engineers are trusted with end-to-end feature development, which helped me improve both technically and in product thinking. The team culture was one of the best parts. People were supportive, easy to collaborate with, and always open to discussing new ideas or better approaches. Good exposure to how fintech products are built and scaled. I especially enjoyed working closely with product and backend teams to create smooth and user-friendly experiences.
Cons
Nothing to tell as of now
