Aquaworks is department of Filrex, so anyone joining it does not get same benefits or job security as Filtrex, more or less aqua works employees work as contract employees with minimum benefits and a hire and fire policy even if the project is going on. The management cares least about the employees and there is no compensation for the closure of the department. Tough the MARMON top management displays about the care they have for the employees but is purely fake claims and it is sham.

No pros. Do not get trapped with Marmon and all its just a waste.

No future with this company. No career growth, lot of politics involved, Management is so bad can't even imagine how bad it is
