Thank you for taking time to connect with us by leaving a review. We aim to empower our team members by creating an entrepreneurial culture, based on trust and autonomy. The last year presented truly unprecedented challenges requiring many unforeseen changes, yet we continue to strive to create a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to make an impact and everyone has equal opportunities to succeed.
The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
