I can’t recommend working at FileCloud highly enough. I was fortunate to have a top-tier manager who was incredibly supportive and invested in my development, teaching me a great deal over the years and giving me the confidence to take ownership of my work. The leadership team, including the CEO, is approachable and genuinely leads from the front, setting a clear vision while remaining accessible to employees at all levels.
The company is fully remote, which provides real flexibility and trust in employees to manage their time effectively. There is a strong culture of collaboration and accountability, and people are encouraged to contribute ideas and grow in their roles. Compensation is competitive, and there are meaningful opportunities to learn new skills, take on responsibility, and progress professionally.
Overall, it’s a positive, supportive environment with talented colleagues and leadership that values both performance and people. I’m grateful for my time there and the experience I gained.
Cons
FileCloud is fully remote, which I personally loved, but at times you do miss the day-to-day human interaction that comes with working in an office. That said, the team makes a strong effort to stay connected through regular meetings and collaboration.
