There is a lot of responsibility for developers and data scientists, and consistently high standards of quality required. You can never half-ass it without someone you sit next to having to pick up the pieces.

Brilliant people-- everyone that works at Fig not only has top credentials but also deeply cares about financial inclusion for all. Even if you talk to an employee for 5 minutes, that much is evident! Interesting work-- Fig's business model is a unique private-public partnership since the company itself is a for-profit but the technology benefits the public sector like non-profits, churches and other community organizations. Fig is truly at the forefront of expanding financial services to low income Americans which means that every day you come into work, you do something meaningful and impactful! Flexible-- Senior management is really flexible with time-off. If you need it, you can take it!
