I have worked in a lot of different sectors and companies. Working here reminds me of the fun times I had in other tech companies when they were small and still growing rapidly. Everyone can contribute and they tailor your role to your particular skillset and strengths rather than giving you a list of strict requirements to adhere to. They are open to change and letting you suggest radical changes to software tools, code structure. You can learn new tools and be part of fast moving software product. It is a great place for the budding developer or engineer to get their start. Location is great for networking with other tech companies and getting caffeinated in Braddon.
Cons
I have seen some talented people come and go already. But that is what its like in a smaller tech company and people go on to do great things. If you thrive on complex hierarchical structure and bureaucracy it might not be your place.
