      Good benefits. Good salary. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      There is no balance in work and family time you work open to close six day in a week. Some time they do not have lunch time because there no staff to cover. I leave after 9 years because my stress make me sick with any human resources help.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
