always in communication with other branches and easily accessible help lines. Lots of training is provided. 401k match up to 7 percent, stock options, paid holidays
Cons
understaffed, micromanaged, underwriting is a complete nightmare. never apply for a loan through fifth third. every month there's a new task they want you to focus on in addition to the million other things you have to do during your day with minimal staffing and no overtime.
