Pros
People are mostly friendly at work
Cons
The company provides no training
Pros
The entry and mid-level execution teams across all departments are exceptionally talented, highly collaborative, and professional. They are the only reason this agency survives.
Cons
Severe Lack of Boundaries: Leadership relies on aggressive micromanagement and a complete disregard for personal boundaries. Expect a mandatory 24/7/365 availability culture where personal life, family emergencies, and health are openly ignored. Predictable Burnout Culture: Constant uncompensated availability is expected on Saturdays, Sundays and even public holidays and festivals. Even if you request and plan leaves months in advance, management reserves the right to cancel them at a moment's notice based on arbitrary needs. Predatory Policies: The compensation is below market standard, and the monthly salary cycle changes unpredictably based on management's whims. Be incredibly careful with your employment contract: they actively practice withholding salary during notice periods and in some cases and early release payments taken from employees. Job Security & Unwritten Rules : There is zero psychological or job security. Employees are treated as entirely disposable. If you do not blindly comply with highly erratic, unwritten rules, you can be terminated abruptly based entirely on leadership's ego. Middle management and HRs function strictly as mouthpieces to enforce these decisions rather than supporting staff. Unstable Client Portfolio: The agency struggles to maintain quality clients. The few viable accounts they have are treated like ticking clock due to severe internal mismanagement and toxic office politics. Manipulated Ratings: Sudden waves of 5-star reviews on this page. These coerces employees into writing fake positive reviews to artificially inflate the rating.
Pros
No pros, there is nothing good about this agency.
Cons
There are several cons, They will bulk you with work just do it any how stay till mid night or till next day early morning, they don't care just as an employee you have to do it any how. This agency only focuses on money not on employee well being and work life balance. Employees are slaves. The agency prides itself on creativity and collaboration, but in reality, it's plagued with poor management, unrealistic expectations, and zero respect for designers’ time or talent. Deadlines were consistently chaotic — not because of client demands, but due to poor planning and last-minute decision-making from leadership. Feedback loops were endless and often contradictory, leading to unnecessary revisions that wasted both time and energy. There was no creative freedom — only endless execution of watered-down ideas that catered to ego, not quality. Senior leadership often took credit for work they had little to no involvement in, while actual contributors were barely acknowledged. Worst of all, the work environment was mentally exhausting. Late nights were normalized, and boundaries were non-existent. There was no concept of work-life balance, only guilt-tripping and pressure disguised as “passion.” If you’re a designer who values growth, respect, and meaningful work — look elsewhere. This agency will drain your creativity instead of nurturing it.
