      Management is wonderful to work with, good work-life balance, lots of room to grow, and amazing benefits (wonderful health insurance, PTO, etc)

      Cons

      Residents and their families can be difficult to work with and there tends to be a high turnover rate because of it.

      Let go right before benefits started. Bad environment. Bullying, intimidation by higher ups.
