Field Solutions Group gave me and my colleagues great opportunities since last year. We were able to have a good work-personal life harmony. We enjoy working with our colleagues within the team and have fun with the other teams. The culture built was great for us. It’s challenging to work here which is what I was looking for. Though there are improvement points like documentation and communication, we are starting to get to see how they are improved as we are part of the improvement. Management for our group accept feedback and take action to address improvements. We also resolve issues or challenges as a team, so we can improve our team chemistry and give better results. With the method, we also don’t feel alone. We can also voice out concerns without worrying of getting heat from our leaders. Career goals are also asked, for us to be aligned and see how our career goals can supplement the organization’s goals. Management also ensures we are well-taken cared of.
