> Head office are an absolute joke They'll be the the first to highlight something you've done wrong yet they constantly mess up and you have to deal with picking up the pieces > they make you pay for damage to vehicles that's not even your fault even though you go through proper channels of reporting > you are just a number to the company and there's no value there at all > targets are unachievable and then you get belittled in meetings regarding this > toxic working environment > unhealthy favouritism apparent as well > no matter what you do, it's never good enough > my only advice - don't apply for any job here
