Pros
I have worked at FSS for almost 2 years now.... I love it here. I was lucky to work under some fantastic leaders who have taught me so much. I worked in HR for the first year and in that time we rolled over an entirely new company wide benefits programs , implemented an RRSP matching program, a health spending program, and a new HRIS System! I am lucky to have been a part of Field Safe's growth as we doubled in size and expanded to other markets. I would describe working here as intense, fun, and so rewarding. The company is doing staff events once a week, and goes above and beyond for Holidays! There is lots of potential for growth here, and doing extra is recognized.
Cons
The only is con is downtown parking... but we are right across from the 6 ave station.
