Enjoyable Experience - Anonymous employee Field Controls Employee Review

I loved my time at Field Controls in the Engineering department. It is a smaller company, so you get those small company perks like knowing the President on a first name basis. The Engineering Manager was great, and I enjoyed his company. Unfortunately I was laid off when tariffs started up.

Not many cons to this location other than being vulnerable to the economy. Draft Technician are the first to go when times get tough. Being that it is a small company, the room for growth is quite small.

Fast-Paced and Growth Oriented. Awesome sales culture and leadership. Excellent support, teamwork, strategy and products.

As with any fast-paced company on growth trajectory, it requires passion to work through problems that come up due to new opportunities, systems and processes. The leadership team is very capable and shares in the same passion to see the company thrive.
