Just completed my 1st year and I can say without reservation the culture at Field Advantage is genuinely healthy. It is collaborative & there’s a sense of shared purpose, Leadership team is accessible & approachable. Field Advantage is a place where people are empowered to do meaningful work & supported while doing it.
Cons
Not a place to coast. High visibility and accountability are part of the culture. Fast paced environment may not suit those looking for a rigid structure or narrow job scope. Adaptability is key.
