There are no more good reasons to work here, they are all gone. Over 15 years in IT at this company and they have layed off the brightest and most valuable employees. The 'real' workers are gone, teams cut to the bone and expected to still get the work done. Fidelity is cutting IT and are preparing to outsource the whole thing over the next 5 years. Get a job at a company who is going to provide the outsourcing. You are expected to do your job with a blindfold on and both hands tied behind your back. Benefits are going to be cut, demotions are days away, salaries will be cut and no pay raises expected this year.
