      Pros

      Good pay and health benefits.

      Cons

      Reminded me of Office Space. Constant asinine corporate jargon and acronyms. Using very old tech I hadn't seen since undergrad. Extremely inefficient systems. Total unwillingness to update to remotely useful and modern platforms. 95% of peers knew nothing about finance in general, 99% knew nothing about crypto. Still very much stuck in TradFi pre-GFC mentalities.

      Super friendly team/coworkers who want you to succeed, welcoming and overall positive company culture, interesting events held for interns, really good pay

      Cons

      Not many cons, the first week of "training" that all the interns go through can get a little boring, but that's about it
