New experiences as the bank is growing very rapidly, really great experience in problem solving and new process creation. Close to management makes faster resolution and easier to adapt to customer needs.
Cons
Small perk package even for corporate level areas, still inplementing many things that cause a lot of issues and customer service suffers from this.
