Ficode is full of politics, All the relative of CEO are there on the top positions and they thing they are the only intellectual persons of the world. if you are doing good they will never let you reach in the top management because they have the insecurity of losing their own positions. 4. This is not the 9 to 6 company. If you joined this then you have to work 24* 7 for this company, day, night, weekdays and weekend. They will spoil your personal life, if any employee denied to work on weekend in that case they will deduct your double salary. 5. They only have two projects and started working on the new features without any planning and if the delivery fails they will hold your salary until the build is released. 6. The CEO of Ficode always treat their employees as labor workers. He never appreciate your work and always scold you for your each and every small mistake. If you are doing good work he never appreciate you. 7. Ficode is a small company and out of which mostly employees are relatives and all the relatives are directors. 8. In the management. Most of the people are uneducated even they do not know ABC of the project and always push you to work on the critical features of the project without planning and if anything requirement is missed, they blame the complete team who is working on that project. 9. There is a concept of variable pay in the Ficode and that will never credited in employees' account. At the time of giving variable pay, they told you that you have done too many mistakes in the project so we are not giving you your variable. 10. If you leave the company at your choice and you are shortlisted in any MNC and when MNC initiate the background check, ficode will give your negative feedback. 11. There is only 5 to 10 % hike on your salaries after completion of 15 months in Ficode. 12. They will never ask you to deposit the 2 months salary cheque in the interview and the offer letter but once you are in office and signing the joining letter then HR department will ask you to deposit the 2 months salary cheque.
