Pros
Great bunch of people! Co-workers and management is very diverse and intellectual. Teamwork, support, and resources are abundant. The benefits packages are not well explained-especially those concerning retirement investment/contributions. The benefits, themselves, are okay but could be better packaged with more choice and needs a vision plan.
Cons
They have "gotten to big for their britches", is how a co-worker phrased it and that is the truth. The facility and equipment available are no longer efficient for the volume and rate of client demands. This is a testament to the company's performance, dependability, and customer satisfaction. However, levels of production and employee morale are beginning to suffer and, I am afraid, will continue to do so if they can not expand and grow as needed.
