New owner is investing in company. CEO is making great changes.

Silos. Lots of tribal knowledge that isn't easily shared.

Strong team culture: Despite some issues with management ,our team had a strong sense of unity and camaraderie. We would often bond over shared interests outside of work, which helped to foster a positive work environment.

Reflecting on my past experience working for the CEO of this company fills me with despair. The CEO's condescending attitude towards their employees was not enough to make anyone feel small and insignificant. I couldn't help but feel complicit in the cesspit of toxic behavior that permeated throughout the company. The CEO's nonsensical decisions and inability to listen to their employees made it clear that they were more interested in maintaining their power than in improving the company. It was a deeply frustrating and demoralizing experience, one that I am grateful to have left behind.
