Great team. High intensity work. Meaningful product updates.
Cons
Can be a lot to keep up with. Often feels projects are started when not fully baked so a lot of time wasted.

Good money, smart people, the product is ... well, it works okay. Lots of freedom to make your own creative choices
Cons
Senior senior senior management (you know the guy) sabotages his own company, his own employees' ideas. The narrow funnel of getting your ideas past an impetuous CEO who needs hands on everything is exhausting at this point. Product folks loved to cite Elon Musk and Sam Altman as paragons of virtue and geniuses to emulate. Oops.
