Pros
The product is genuinely well-crafted, with strong values around sustainability and craftsmanship. It smells unique and looks beautiful, making it a really nice experience. The development team is excellent — technically strong, collaborative, and forward-thinking. Good benefits package, modern tech stack, and flexible work setup.
Cons
Workplace culture is cliquey and insular — it often feels like a popularity contest more than a professional environment. Some staff hold fringe or outright strange beliefs that occasionally influence decision-making in uncomfortable ways. If you have nuanced and complex world views, I would not discuss them here. Hiring practices are inconsistent and at times unprofessional. The talent and HR functions lack the maturity and objectivity you'd expect from a brand of this calibre. Many people are not that skilled or have the best attitude, but are good at selling themselves and playing politics. Some comments I heard during my time there from the talent and other staff shall remain untold.
