Pros

The absolute best pro of this company is having all your benefits and enrollment on day one of the job. Small team environment so you get to know everyone well & value the support of each individual in the workforce

Cons

The disconnect of the inner circle mentality from upper management. They make changes on the fly when it comes to practices or procedures. At a moment's notice, they could strategize a game-changing process without considering the people they need to execute those changes. Deadlines are not respected on the deadline date, but instead aggressively pushed to the day it was spoken or implemented. Believing in company-wide approvals overnight to get the entire workforce to agree in one motion. People thrive in stable environments where things are fair, but Fetch Package has found multiple ways of creating games with package delivery systems. The fact that they thrive on daily micromanagement of each facility shows that upper/senior management wants to keep a close eye on the ground on what happens every day. The entire day is debriefed every single day and week on top of other weekly or monthly meetings. To them, each second counts, and each minute of the day is heavily strained. My weekends were spent monitoring the daily activity. You never really get away from this job until you put in your 2 weeks or leave. My work/life balance was in shambles, but once I recovered from the situation, my life was at peace again.

Pros

There is nothing good about Fetch.

Cons

Fetch is one of the worst DSPs I’ve worked with. The pay is low considering the workload, and drivers can get routes canceled with little notice. But if a driver cancels, they risk violations or deactivation. In my experience, Better Trucks or Amazon Flex are better options. Fetch delivers Amazon packages while paying significantly less than what Amazon Flex drivers can make. Don’t waste your time — I promise you’ll regret it.
