There is work life balance. Free lunch served daily. It appears that the company is trying to make change in a positive direction. There has been new management and new staff, and everyone seems to be on the same page as far as moving the company in a positive direction.
Cons
401K and the insurance could be better. Need to realize that you have to make some investments if you want to be better. Need to update the computer system, we need to get out of the stone ages.

The company is growing and evolving quickly, which can mean frequent changes, but it also creates an exciting opportunities to contribute, learn, and help shape what comes next.
Internal conflict between upper management, who knows what they are and what they want to be? Lack of direction and lack of training. Bully mentality by the upper management. They constantly say your name doesn't have to end in a vowel, that's a line of crap. There's no truth in that statement you will always be looked upon as an outsider if you're not in their secret club.
