Ferrari world is a tourist spots we have lots of fun with great attraction fastest roller coaster and many others i have good relationship with customers and our teams members excellent communication skills

Pros

Amazing brand - ambisious management Salaries for senior managers and above is worth + they get free duty meal and free snacks in park. This does not apply on managers and below.

Cons

New ideas and initiatives takes long time to be implemented due to management approvals which takes long time. Offices are underground, so depressing. Working hours are too long, 10 hours and 36 minutes a day (5 days a week) even for back office employees. Accommodation is not good. Staff canteen food is too bad. Office location is too far, you'll have to drive at least 30 min to reach office from nearest living area. The park is almost empty everyday, you don't feel the business is moving forward.

They have the fastest rollercoaster in the world at the record breaking speed of 240km in 4 seconds!

Cons

It requires a lot of focus and responsibility because you are responsible for the safety of guests.
