- office is near the mrt station and food centres like amoy st food centre and lau pa sat, which makes it very convenient - work-life balance, allowed to leave at 6 on the dot and it was not frowned upon

- lack of communication and emphasis on growth. when i submitted my work and if it was not satisfactory, my manager would change it without informing me. i understand maybe it’s “faster” and “easier” for them to do so, but by communicating I can understand what is wrong with my work, and henceforth i can improve and grow. - not really a friendly work environment, there seems to be some kind of segregation between full-timers and part-timers. on my last day i didnt get a goodbye from any full-timers LOL - severe lack of diversity and also there’s casual racism.. - jobscope included that there would be video editing but i did not edit a single video

No pros to speak of.

Poor management, constantly making bizarre decisions and very predatory. Opaque business model that probably only benefits the management, loves to withhold information from both clients and employees.
