Excel is indeed one of the many software solutions we use, in addition to our bespoke IT platform built by our permanent team of developers and the use of the most up to date industry cloud software solutions such as Xero. Reducing the use of paper is an ongoing objective and a common goal of most SME businesses – much better for the environment and also for business efficiency. We're delighted to be doing well on this front, having eliminated the printing of paper in some key processes over the last 12 - 18 months. Our project to go entirely paper free in the largest area of our business, is approaching the end now that the latest development additions to our IT system are complete and in the process of being rolled out live. We have a busy, challenging and performance driven environment which, of course, is not for everyone. But for those who are seeking this type of environment, you will find career progression and professional development promoted and encouraged and all underpinned by an open, supportive and teamwork orientated culture – evidenced particularly by the company’s ongoing focus on and well known reputation for employee wellbeing. However, we continue to keep pushing ourselves to improve – there is always scope to be better and we enjoy the challenge of trying! There's no fun in standing still!
