As a newbie switching career into IT industry, I found the work environment relaxed and ideal. Everyone I worked with was very patient and answered my questions clearly. - I liked the fridays at FenceCore concept
Cons
Interns are sometimes given very minimal work. I believe they can also be assigned challenging tasks with supervision.
