Fellowes Brands Response

I'm sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience while you were employed here, but appreciate you taking the time to write a review. John Fellowes has made a major investment in our people by bringing in a revamped HR team to better support the business and our internal talent. With that said we are committed to identifying and taking the steps to fix our weak areas. In addition to continuing conversations with our internal talent to assist with better understanding our gaps and weaknesses as an organization (as well as our strengths!), we are in the midst of implementing a leadership competency model and management training program that will help us better identify and develop our next generation of leaders. We need to make sure the right talent is in place at all levels, especially in management, in order to continue driving growth in our business. We continue to encourage an environment of open communication and transparency, and invite you to share any additional feedback with us. We wish you the best of luck moving forward. - Becky Hogan, Talent Acquisition Specialist 630-671-5189 / rhogan@fellowes.com

Pros

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
