      Pros

      Felix was a great place to work. Everyone is very collaborative and enjoyable to work with. Leadership is transparent and approachable. The company had good methods in places for tackling tech debt and was committed to continually improving.

      Product tended to get a little over involved

      Pros

      - The company is growing rapidly. Every person (including a summer intern) is able to see their work be implemented and valued. - The Felix team is made up of smart, friendly, personable, and cooperative individuals. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there. The working environment is very pleasant and comfortable. - Different groups within the company work closely together which makes for a cohesive and well-rounded experience as an employee.

      - I wish I could have worked for Felix in person.
