Pros

Coworkers are great, best group of people to work with. Great place to get your feet wet for an office environment. Many employees organize things like cookie contests and the like pretty frequently.

Cons

There is no defined structure for raises, bonus goals are unrealistic, meant to give a lower payout despite the company setting records for sales.. There is a definite snub against lower level employees. Policies can change daily. There is no effort to retain talented members and they are slow to hire, making for an understaffed situation in the summer which is our busy season. All upper management is unapproachable.

We do appreciate your feedback and regret that your current experience isn't more positive. We do strive to maintain a completely OPEN DOOR policy so all of your managers should be more than approachable. If there are any questions about your pay structure or bonus plan, please feel free to meet with your manager or HR to clarify these concerns. Thank you.

Pros

The hours, workload, and pay were all great for a college student. My summer internship gave me plenty of experience in the office setting, ranging from marketing, construction, communication, journalism, advertising, and many other things. The company outings were frequent and there were always plenty of opportunities to network. The location and office were great and convenient.

Cons

There were no cons at this job.

Pros

Some of the people were great to work with.

Cons

There was no one in my position that could train me. So after my 4 weeks of training in des plains Illinois I was told I'd get 2 weeks training up in wisconsin. When I got back to work in Menasha I was told thats not the case, good luck and was on my own.
