Salary deductions at FeedBox are strictly governed by our attendance policy- documented, signed, and applied uniformly. We have payroll records to support this. People who did not attend the wedding and also did not work from home that day ad deductions, there was no additional holiday announced for people who didnt plan to attend the wedding in person, this is clearly on notice records. Founder accessibility is actually one of the things our current team values — direct communication and accountability are part of how we operate as a growing startup. We also want to be transparent: this appears to be part of a pattern of reviews across multiple platforms, several of which have already been removed by Glassdoor and AmbitionBox after investigation. We have reported this review as well. We take genuine feedback seriously. Fabricated, specific claims are a different matter entirely.
