      The work is interesting and the partners believe in nurturing the growth of associates. There is a good deal of work and everyone there has a genuine passion for getting the best result for their clients.

      Cons

      Not as much reimbursement for continuing education as some othe comparable firms.

      Encouraging leadership for baby lawyers. Real litigation experience right away including trial experience. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Have to bill hours. Support staff lacking.

      Great people, great location. I especially enjoyed the new and updated building.

      Cons

      Traffic can be bad going to and from the location. if you avoid the highway or live near this should not be a problem
