      1-Salary is commensurate for the workload 2-Quaterly allowance 3- wardrobe and festivity allowance 4-13th month & General Bonus Allowance 5- relief and subsistence (Huge payments) 6- Nice working environment 7- Open Door Policy

      Cons

      1- Allowances do not come in time, but it is surely paid within the year 2- promotion politics like every other Govt agency 3- Corruption/Bribery rampant
