Pros

-"okay" pay - full benifits (vacation, 401k, medical, dental, vision, etc.) even for part-timers - opportunity to learn new skills & software - employee discounts on printing & shipping

Cons

- opportunity for advancement has been greatly reduced - bonus structure for non-management staff was disbanded - pay scale restructured and reduced - staffing vs workload poorly managed (too much to do, not enough people to get it done) - EXTREMELY HIGH STRESS ENVIRONMENT - the "Company" is always prioritized over the needs of the employee or customer

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
