Good benefits including 5% company match in 401(k) and immediate 100% vesting. OOPS, forget that - company cut match for 2009. Ouch! Get to work closely with customers on their projects which is fun most times (if you have a customer-oriented personality). Pleasant work environment. Chance to learn digital printing technology (a slowly-dying one but useful skill to have in the short term).

Corporate management's obsession with improving the "customer experience" yet having no clue what that is (except a mighty-cool-sounding corporate buzzword). FedEx's ongoing struggle to figure out what kind of business they actually bought from Kinko's in the first place.
