      Pros

      With HQ located in Midwest region, FedEx in default has the close-nit family type operation. People are super nice and the company takes good care of its employees

      Cons

      The only thing I could think of is the company not being too aggressive in its approach against competition. That is something I would like to see.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
