Pros

Pay and that's about it

Cons

Hours were terrible both in availability and amount given. I was hired on as a City Driver and never drove. I usually ended up working the dock and rarely got more than 25 hours a week. I was hired on with five other guys and we all quit within a few months of each other. I really can't belive this company is rated as a best place to work. The supervisors treat you like crap, forget taking a break let alone going to the bathroom. For example: I had a manager reprimand me for washing my hands before I clocked out for lunch--not after clocking out for lunch. I would get calls on my day off when they were short drivers and every time I would take the call thinking that if I showed out it would be my chance to finally get a break at that place and it never did, it became pretty obvious they were calling me because I was the only one that would take their calls. It never got me any further than when I stopped taking the calls. I could write novel about how terrible that company is-- Terrible working environment.

Pros

Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

Cons

Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
