      Flexible hours, understanding supervisory staff, relatively simple job, consistent work, great benefits (even at part time), great atmosphere with coworkers

      Cons

      Very physical job, a lot of training required in the beginning, high risk of injury, extremely male-dominated field.

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
