Working with Feastify gives me an experience dealing with customers in the food industry.

Cons

Working as a customer service makes me handle phones and chats and delaying orders at the same time. You have to be real quick.

Pros

You make your own hours, flexibility is great. You get to work on your own

Cons

Waiting on pins and needles for your first call. What happened with my situation was that I live within a 15 minute drive to town and for example my schedule would be 11-6. I could get alerted to go to my first job at 11:30. There's not much business yet for this area and there were alot of times when I sat in parking lots for a couple of hours because I didn't get any more calls. It wasn't worth it to drive the 15 minutes home. I didn't make much money. Maybe when the company catches on more in this area the drivers will be busier and make more money.
