Where do I start? This company is a disorganized mess. Internal communication is poor, priorities shift constantly, and leadership lacks follow-through. Teams are often set up to fail due to poor planning, unclear roles, and an overreliance on performative messaging rather than actual structure or support.
Worse than the dysfunction is the hypocrisy. While they promote themselves as mission-driven and equity-focused, they laid off a pregnant employee at 35 weeks—right after she requested disability accommodations. It’s beyond unethical. Their DEI and “people-first” messaging is clearly just a PR tool.
