The company culture use to be the stra point of this company but things have changed. They use to say the people matter, now its all about profit. The company use to care about their workers but now its all about profit. They decided to cut most of the benefits plus they pay lower than most of their competitors. Hired new people who care only about how to make the company rich without caring on how to increase the pay of their workers. almost 70 percent of the benefits were stripped or reduced. They throw people projects that does not align with their skills and when the customer complains they all point fingers at you for failing.
