      Since FBL happens to be regulated. The salary and other benefits are aligned and made on time. Its a growing bank with amazing business prospects. Hence people striving for future growth must tap in opportunities at this organization.

      Cons

      The salaries and other benefits are still very much under the market benchmarks. The *perks* only happen to appear once you are RVP and above.
