- You can learn a lot if you are okay with staying beyond working hours with no compensation - They tend to get good projects but have a problem maintaining them because they refuse to hire talented people to save a dime
Cons
- They baited intern with an okay-ish base allowance, then lowered it after the interview and said the remaining is based on performance, which is very deceptive and dishonest - Mircomanagement is practiced - You get paid no OT, but are expected to stay because "it's good for learning" - Toxic and bullying culture
