      Leadership was weak, with no clear creative vision or hands-on direction from my direct manager. Team members were often left to figure things out on their own, without proper guidance or strategy. I was effectively thrown into the deep end, expected to deliver results independently, yet recognition for successes did not flow back to the people doing the work. This made the environment demoralising and unsustainable.

      Pros

      the engineering team, albeit small was a passionate one. Weekly stand ups and retrospective sessions led to a very personal communication system between the engineers. We were encouraged to voice out opinions on out system and take ownership. Very promising startup

      Cons

      Not a very well established structure to the company, but this can be forgiven knowing that they are only over a year old startup
