Very poor work-life balance. High pressure from French headquarters. Highly political. High bureaucracy. Unrealistic goals and unable to achieve bonus. No employee appreciation. Male dominated workplace, glass ceiling for female employees. "Boys club" culture - to find in middle management - director level.
Hard work leads to more work while "boy club" employees get promoted easily.
