4yThanks for sharing your experience. We understand that there are areas for improvement, and we’re taking the time to work through some of these at the moment.
The company has grown rapidly in the last year or two and we’re considering internally how we scale our communication, organisation structure and management practices, particularly with the challenge of the current season where we are working more remotely.
Current employees will be aware that we are seeking feedback internally in multiple forums and working on better articulating our company purpose and values so we can embed these within Fathom. We’re also looking at ways to improve our decision making process to provide clarity around accountability.
As founders, we care deeply about our people, the product and our customers and we do stay connected with some of the day-to-day activities, but we know it’s also important to empower the talented team and leadership growing in the business.
