Great company - Softeware Developer Fathom 4 Employee Review

Great co-workers, plenty of autonomy, interesting challenges.

Limited infrastructure, unclear expectations at times.

Management is great. My experience they do try to take care of their employees.

They are a smaller contracting company that primarily focus on Government contracting. As nature of government contracting they hire for specific roles that the government needs for tasking. Meaning as contracts change they don't have much flexibility to move you around if you are specialized.
