Pros
1. Lot of new teams coming up. So a great place for learning. 2. Flexible work timings. 3. Helpful and cooperating colleagues
Cons
1. All decisions regarding a product shouldn't be alone taken by leads and managers in US. Some power must lie in those who are working in IDC. (Regarding tools and technologies used for a product). 2. Remote hiring and onboarding process is not good .. especially during these Covid times 3. Salary hike can be made more (and perks) especially after looking at profit being made by company. 4. New technologies should be adopted rather than sticking to old ones.
